A Spicy Meatball

Bread crumbs, ground beef, green onions, parsley, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, vegetable oil. Dosage will vary!

Ground beef (approx 1 lb) for rookies. Veal and pork once you've reached Double-0 status

Exotic spices optional

Vegetable oil - no virgins!

Warm vegetable oil during prep

Add bread crumbs to ground beef

Strip green onions, wash, chop, and add

Wash the parsley then remove stems, chop and add

Strip and peel until the garlic clove has nowhere to hide

Mince garlic, add to mixture

Parmesan cheese

Add eggs and begin to mix by hand

Too moist? Add breadcrumbs. Too dry? Add an egg.

Test the oil for heat

Add meatballs, turn once brown. Approx 5 minutes per side

Time to drain. Bring sauce to boil, then lower to simmer. Allow the meatballs to finish cooking in the simmering sauce while covered. 30-60 minutes depending on how hungry you are
