Sunday Night at the Safe House

Use the tomato sauce first. Italian sauce cans are preseasoned, so add it to your taste.

1/2 Onion Chopped. 3 Firm Non-Sauce Tomatoes.

Garlic

Parsley

Braciole

Add Onion, Salt, Pepper, Mashed Garlic,Shredded Parmesan Cheese & Parsley.

Roll & Pin.

A Few Tbsp Olive oil in the pot. Warm on low heat then add some onion. Once onions brown add smashed garlic.

Add three non-sauce tomatoes to the boiling water to blanch them. Do this about a minute then peel the skin off. Deseed.

Add blanched tomatoes and sauce cans to pot.

Turn heat up until it boils.

Cover on low heat for an hour plus. Stir occassionally.

Stir until all the lumpy leftover tomatoes are sauced.
